I bring a warm, approachable and down to earth manner, while offering a secure and compassionate space in which you may begin to safely share, explore and sometimes challenge emotions, however uneasy these may seem.

My work is grounded in the Person Centred Approach founded by Carl Rogers while also integrating aspects of other counselling models . This supports therapeutic efficacy and efficiency by tailoring to an individuals personal needs while building  on, and supporting them to develop their existing strengths and qualities.
